Letter Project Update

While sitting out on the back patio last night enjoying the beautiful weather, I found my eye kept wandering back to my “E”.  That beautiful block letter made for me by my Dad that I filled with succulents at the end of May.  Now nearly two months later, you can see how the fragile little things have filled in.  And not!  While the bottom and sides are overflowing the upper left seems a bit bare. I will take note for next year’s planting.  But overall, I simply love it! I love that the E stands for Emily.  I love that my Dad made it for me. And I love that I planted something new this summer. The first photo is the one I took that May morning just after planting, followed by a couple photos from last night.  The last photo will probably not surprise you, they kept catching my eye as well 🙂
