When a friend of mine suggested some Halloween fun, it took me a nanosecond to say YES! We got our kids together and draped them in colorful sheets, black “Blues Brothers” glasses and look at those pumpkins they’re all holding! She and her daughters painted those generic orange trick-or-treat pumpkins you find everywhere this time…
The assignment was to find color. We found it, nearly everywhere! I had such a fun afternoon strolling around downtown Wheaton with this gorgeous high school senior and her family and friends. From the storefronts and flower lined doorways to her fun purple hair and funky shoes, color was all around us.
